Date Published: August 2, 2017

The Pacific Northwest is home to some of the most beautiful panoramic views in the country and Crater Lake National Park in Oregon is no exception. During a recent visit to Oregon, Key Surgical snapped this picture of Lucky the Gnome atop Mount Mazama!

Key Surgical will once again be in the Pacific Northwest in August and we invite you to Spokane, Washington for a complimentary one-day educational seminar for CS/SPD personnel on Saturday, August 12th from 7:30 am until 3:30 pm at Providence Sacred Heart Medical Center (Mother Joseph Room).

A light breakfast and lunch will be provided by Key Surgical.*

The seminar, “Safely Navigating the Rough Waters of Sterile Processing” will be presented by Trevor Hazen, CCSVP and Sarah Auel, CCSVP of Key Surgical and will cover the following:

  • Manual instrument cleaning
  • Proper care and protection of instrumentation
  • Sterile packaging and preparation
  • Loaner instrumentation
  • Communication between the OR and SPD
  • Endoscope reprocessing

Attendees will earn up to 6 CE credits (IAHCSMM and CBSPD) for participating. The certificates will be handed out after the seminar. Looking forward to seeing you there!
