As nurses, we aren't taught how to submit, create, or present in front of audiences. It can be scary and overwhelming to even think of it but if we do not challenge ourselves and face our fears, we will never find out what we're capable of.
The call for speaker and poster presentations at AORN 2023 is now open! Submitting a poster or presentation for consideration is a great opportunity to challenge yourself professionally. In doing so, you help advocate for our profession, providing valuable insight from your own experience to a larger audience of your colleagues.
Nurses... we need your voice, your experience, and your passion! In the words of Florence Nightingale, "How very little can be done under the spirit of fear."
