A Message to Our Customers and Partners

To Our Valued Customers, 
Key Surgical would like to update you on the situation regarding products we offer that are sourced from areas affected by Covid-19 (aka the coronavirus). The continued and consistent supply of products to our customers is Key Surgical’s top priority. We are working diligently with our supply chain partners to clarify the supply outlook and manage, as best as possible, a challenging situation.  
At this time, we anticipate some disruption within our supply chain that will likely affect supply of a select list of our Endoscopy and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) products. While we have sufficient stock and ongoing supply of most items, there are several for which continued supply is limited. We are working to minimize the impact of this and will inform you on an order-by-order basis of any backorder or allocation situations. The level of disruption we will ultimately experience is fully dependent on the duration of work stoppages in the affected regions. 
We are working closely with our supplier partners, to understand their production and worker availability status and will continue to support them through this difficult time. Based on our most recent discussions with our suppliers, we understand that most have gone back into limited production and the seaports are opening. We are investigating all options to short term source alternative products. Any alternatives that are sourced will offer the same outstanding quality you would expect from Key Surgical. 
Regarding our sterilization wrap products, these are sourced from a variety of locations. Our TWrap and TWrap Plus products are sourced locally in the UK, including the full supply chain behind its manufacture. Our other wrap products are sourced in Asia, however, we hold significant stock levels and, based on current demand, we see no reason to expect a short supply of Wrap through the coming months. 

Just as we are all doing personally, Key Surgical is monitoring the evolving updates on the Coronavirus, also known as COVID-19, to ensure a safe and productive workplace. 
Our priority is to provide a healthy and safe environment for our employees while continuing to support our customers' dedication and daily work in patient safety and infection prevention. We will continue to review the guidelines and recommendations as they are updated by the CDC (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention) to help prevent the spread of the virus.
